Open your account page, choose Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription in the Stripe billing portal. You can also cancel without signing in through Stripe's billing sign-in page, linked in our Terms, or by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

We don't refund a period just because it went unused. We do refund duplicate charges, payments affected by a fault on our side, the unused part of the period for EU and UK customers who cancel within 14 days of their first payment, and wherever the law requires it. Try it once more with a shorter passage first, because most single failures are a timeout on a long input. If it happens again, send us the tool name, roughly how long your text was and the time it happened, and we can find it in the logs.

Ask. Requests that arrive more than once tend to get built. Tell us what you were trying to do rather than only what you want added, because the underlying problem is often solvable a different way today.
