From your account page, in one click, at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep premium access until the period you already paid for ends. You do not need to contact us to do it.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. The full terms, including the exception for a technical fault that blocked access, are on the refund policy page. Write to [email protected] within seven days of payment if that is what happened to you.
Try it once more with a shorter passage first, because most single failures are a timeout on a long input. If it happens again, send us the tool name, roughly how long your text was and the time it happened, and we can find it in the logs.
Ask. Requests that arrive more than once tend to get built. Tell us what you were trying to do rather than only what you want added, because the underlying problem is often solvable a different way today.
