Refund Policy

Subscription fees are not refundable once processed
Premium access is granted immediately on payment, so a paid period cannot be returned. Every plan is listed with its price before you buy.
Cancelling is instant and always available
One click on your account page stops the next charge. You keep premium access for the rest of the period you already paid for.
If a fault blocked your access, tell us
A technical failure on our side that stopped you reaching a premium tool is the exception. Contact us within seven days of payment.

The detail

No. Premium unlocks the moment the payment clears, so the period you bought has already been delivered. Every plan shows its price, its billing period and what it includes on the pricing page before you reach checkout, and each tool is fully usable on the free tier first. Try the tools before you subscribe rather than after.
That is the exception. If a technical fault on our side stopped you from using a premium tool, contact us within seven days of the payment with the tool name and roughly when it happened. We will find it in the logs, fix it, and put the payment right. Being unhappy with the quality of a particular result is not a technical fault, and is not refundable.
You cannot hold two subscriptions at once, so a duplicate charge is a fault rather than a purchase. Send us the dates and the last four digits of the card and we will trace it with Stripe and return the duplicate.
No. Discounted subscriptions follow the same rule as full-price ones and are not refundable once processed. You can cancel the renewal at any time, and the discount you paid still runs to the end of its period.
Subscriptions renew automatically until they are cancelled, which is stated at checkout and on the pricing page. A renewal that has already been processed is not refundable. Cancel from your account page at any point before the period ends and no further charge is taken.
Nothing immediately. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and then the account drops back to the free tier with its daily allowance. Your account, and anything attached to it, stays where it is.

How to cancel

Open your account page and cancel there. It takes one click, applies straight away, and does not require you to contact anybody. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not remove access you have already paid for, and it does not close your account.

How to reach us

Refund questions, duplicate charges and reports of a tool that would not run all go through the contact page. Include the date of the payment and the tool you were trying to use, and you will get a real answer rather than a form response.

How this sits with the rest of the terms

This page forms part of the terms and conditions and is written to agree with them. If you find a place where the two documents appear to say different things, tell us and we will correct the wording rather than argue the difference.
